    Please fully read and understand the following terms before leaving your personal property or belongings with Repair Center Jamaica.

    For water damaged or fire damaged devices we only carry out data recovery. Liquid damage can have long-lasting effects on a smartphone. Whilst this may solve the problem for a while, it’s entirely possible your phone will fail at some point down the line, therefore, this is not covered under our warranty and is the main reason we only carry out data recovery in this instance.

    Repair Center Jamaica is not liable for any data loss. Repair Center Jamaica always recommends to make a backup of your device before sending it in for repair.

    (Routine repairs): Will put you at the front of the line, this often results in same day service but does not guarantee it, this fee is non-refundable. (Non-Routine repair): we do not offer rush service. (Data recovery): we offer a $15,000 RUSH DATA pass to accommodate faster attempts at recovering data, this fee is non-refundable.

    Please make sure that you have removed your case, sim card, sim tray and/or memory card from your device. Repair Center Jamaica does not accept responsibility for loss of these items.

    If Repair Center Jamaica does not receive payment within 25 days after invoice date, we recognize that you have agreed to forfeit your device in lieu of payment and Repair Center Jamaica will reserve the right to recycle your device.

    A deposit equal to or exceeding 50% of the quoted cost is required.





    Any prior micro soldering logic board repair attempt, fee due to the increased complexity of prior repair attempt jobs and reduced likelihood of a success. (Prior Repair Attempt Data Recovery): For data recovery phones that come in with a prior repair attempt that involved micro soldering, i.e. The soldered-on shields have been de-soldered from the logic board, we will adjust your estimate with a +$30,000 JMD fee due to the increased complexity of prior repair attempt jobs and reduced likelihood of recovery.

    We will not accept responsibility for any feature that we were not able to test before the repair of your device. (Unforeseen Damage): We are in no way responsible for any damage done to items left in our possession in their entirety or in component form; whether the damage is accidental or purposeful. Our no fix = no fee policy covers only the primary problem. If your device turns out to have an underlying secondary defect, then we will give you some options to add on a secondary repair or receive the device back with just the primary problem fixed. Secondary problems do not qualify for a (no fix = no fee) for the primary repair that was done. For example, if your device with no touch was solved but then it turns out to not have functional Wi-Fi, this is a secondary problem and we would still bill for the no-touch solution.

    Warranty & Terms


    We specialize in board-level repairs for phones and computers, focusing on resolving underlying issues with the device’s board (e.g., component replacements and soldering). Once the board repair is completed, the device will be tested for functionality. However, please note that any issues unrelated to the board—such as display malfunctions, battery problems, etc.—may not be identified or repaired as part of this board repair service. If any such issues become apparent after the board repair, we are not liable for additional repair or replacement costs, including those related to the screen, display, or other components not covered under the original service.

    Repair Guarantee

    We offer a warranty on board repairs for up to 3 months from the date of the repair. If the board repair fails within this period, we will attempt to resolve the issue at no additional charge, provided the failure is directly related to our work. If we are unable to restore the board to a fully operational state, we will issue a partial refund of 60%–70%, depending on the extent of the damage to the board or other internal components. The specific refund amount will be determined based on the level of damage and the feasibility of additional repair.

    Limitations of Liability: Screen and External Component Failures

    We are not responsible for any failures related to the screen, display, or other external components that occur after the board repair unless explicitly noted and recorded at the time of service.

    Unforeseen Complications

    In cases where additional repairs are needed due to hidden damage or unforeseen issues, we will notify the customer and obtain consent for any extra charges or procedures before proceeding.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds apply only to board repair failures within the 3-month warranty period and will be issued according to the stated refund percentages. If the device is deemed non-repairable, or if the customer chooses not to proceed with additional repairs, the refund will be calculated based on the extent of the repair attempt and any damage incurred during the process.

    Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are encouraged to back up all data before sending their device for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage during the repair process. Any device not picked up or claimed within 90 days of the repair date will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of it without further notice.

    Diagnostic Fee: A $3,000 diagnostic fee is included in the final cost if you choose to
