Board Repair Service Policy

Thank you for choosing our repair services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any repairs.


Scope of Repair

We specialize in board-level repairs for phones and computers, focusing on resolving underlying issues with the device’s board (e.g., component replacements and soldering). Once the board repair is completed, the device will be tested for functionality. However, please note that any issues unrelated to the board—such as display malfunctions, battery problems, etc.—may not be identified or repaired as part of this board repair service.

If any such issues become apparent after the board repair, we are not liable for additional repair or replacement costs, including those related to the screen, display, or other components not covered under the original service.

Repair Guarantee

We offer a warranty on board repairs for up to 3 months from the date of the repair. If the board repair fails within this period, we will attempt to resolve the issue at no additional charge, provided the failure is directly related to our work.

If we are unable to restore the board to a fully operational state, we will issue a partial refund of 60%–70%, depending on the extent of the damage to the board or other internal components. The specific refund amount will be determined based on the level of damage and the feasibility of additional repair.

Limitations of Liability

Screen and External Component Failures
We are not responsible for any failures related to the screen, display, or other external components that occur after the board repair unless explicitly noted and recorded at the time of service.

  • Unforeseen Complications: In cases where additional repairs are needed due to hidden damage or unforeseen issues, we will notify the customer and obtain consent for any extra charges or procedures before proceeding.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds apply only to board repair failures within the 3-month warranty period and will be issued according to the stated refund percentages.
  • If the device is deemed non-repairable, or if the customer chooses not to proceed with additional repairs, the refund will be calculated based on the extent of the repair attempt and any damage incurred during the process.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are encouraged to back up all data before sending their device for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage during the repair process.
  • Any device not picked up or claimed within 90 days of the repair date will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of it without further notice.

Diagnostic Fee

A $3,000 diagnostic fee is included in the final cost if you choose to proceed with the repair. However, if you decide not to proceed, you will be charged only the $3,000 diagnostic fee.
